Extended stay lodging or executive short term suites usually offer a small studio where you often relax and sleep on the same bed, gaze at 4 closed in walls in the so-called inn accommodation, but not at our executive short term suites, Seattle locations. With us you can enjoy suites from as small as 1 bedrooms all the way to 3 bedroom homes with Puget Sound views, and all at a price that makes most other places seem expensive.

We have many choices of locations and floor plans to offer. We offer suites on 6 of Seattle's 7 hills. After 30 days you can prorate to the day you depart. You can move to other suites in our network if your needs change. We own 90% of our properties, so we take an active interest in each. We manage our own properties personally so are there to help. There is a modest investment to reserve a suite: $300-$500. We can assist you with your real estate needs as well, as we are licensed Realtors in addition to offering furnished suites.
