“I stayed at Dravus Court from Jul to Aug 2009. It was a 5-week stay for an internship in Seattle. Dravus Court locates at a perfect site, from which I can get buses to downtown easily and walk to Fremont in 10 minutes. And definitely I love there as it is a very quiet and lovely place very close to Salmon Bay. Of course the house itself was quite comfortable to stay in, with all necessary equipments. I really appreciate all the kindness of Short Term Suites and want to make use of it again when I come back to Seattle.”

“In recuperating from surgery, the 11th floor condo unit at the Royal Manor provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The view of the lights of downtown Seattle was just what the doctor ordered. The decor of the condo itself is warm and comfortable. The gas fireplace in the main living area is perfect for relaxing while gazing out the glass door which extends the length of the wall. The art work in the condo is inspiring and adds to a truly serene and cozy ambiance. The condominium is definitely a 5 star facility and will be a home away from home for anyone who has the pleasure of enjoying this wonderful unit.”

“We had a great time in Seattle. The apartment was very nice – clean, bright, and airy, and in a fantastic location. My husband was particularly delighted to be able to walk easily to downtown Seattle and to do the shopping on Broadway. We walked a lot of places from 403 – to Volunteer Park, to the Japanese Garden at the Arboretum, to the Center for Wooden Boats on Lake Union, as well as to SAM in downtown. It was great!! “My husband and I spent a month in Seattle visiting family and enjoying the area. The Ballard Suites were perfectly located, just a few blocks to great little neighborhood shops and the weekly Sunday Farmer’s Market. The Ballard Market, Safeway, Trader Joe’s and LA Fitness were all within a ten-minute walk. Centrally located, there were several bus routes nearby allowing easy access to many of Seattle’s attractions, including the downtown area and Safeco Park. Best of all was the rental property itself. The bed was most comfortable and the rooms were tastefully decorated. It has great HDTV with cable, and the Wi-Fi made communications a snap. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the necessities and then some. All we did was buy a few groceries and we were settled in. We had an absolutely marvelous, relaxing visit and look forward to booking a suite next summer.”

“I’ve felt comfortable and very safe at Dravus Court. Queen Anne is a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Since I don’t drive, I’ve used public transportation which is very close by. The 13 and 17 will get you to a huge Safeway and drugstore in 5 minutes, Seattle Center in 10 minutes and downtown in 20 minutes. Staying here I’ve also been close to the nice and quirky Fremont. Last, but certainly not least, Tully’s is just down the street with Seattle’s best coffee!”

We want to express our deep appreciation for this opportunity. You trusted us even though we were out of state. We have truly enjoyed staying here. For the most part the weather was very nice. We walked everywhere within reason as the apartment is close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies. We walked to Ray’s, the docks, ate at the Indian restaurant you recommended, and stopped at the Ballard Chamber of Commerce and picked up some extra brochures to leave here for the next tenants who may not be ‘local’. Thanks again for providing us with a situation which gave us peace of mind and kept us from having to travel extensively in Seattle traffic! –

I recently moved into the Dravus Suites and am very delighted with Jon and Cindy’s professionalism, personal attention, and provision of a clean and comfortable place to hang my hat for awhile. I especially enjoy all the lighting options in the apartment, the very soft sheets, and fluffy towels – all little things that make a place feel like home. There is also lots of storage for a smaller place, which also makes a big difference. I can heartily recommend Short Term Suites to any one looking for . . . just that!
