AVAILABILITY AND SCHEDULING
We often cannot confirm the availability of an apartment until 2 weeks before it becomes available. The reason is because of our “flexible departure” which requires a current guest to give a 2 week notice. Once you occupy an apartment, then you have the benefit of that “flexible departure” date; you can stay as long as you wish. And the last portion of your stay can be prorated on a daily basis just as long as you give the 2 week minimum notice.
